The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied and the proceedings in this regard has been produced before this Court. 3. It is seen from the proceedings dated 14.02.2025 that the petitioner has been given with an order of permanency with effect from 18.06.2006. However, the monetary benefits have been given only from the date of joining and it has been stated that he is not entitled to backwages.
