He submits that the petitioners were never involved in 2025:JHHC:14783 2 the occurrence and infact death had occurred due to involvement of police vehicle which has been suppressed by the police officials. 4. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that during investigation photographs were taken and the pen drive containing photographs suggests that the petitioners were involved in the occurrence. 5. An accident had taken place on the highway and one of the person died on the spot and another died while being treated in the hospital. Dead body was handed over to the family members and the administration also assured payment of compensation. It is alleged that the family members and the others raised slogans and blocked the main road in front of the police station and they tried to enter the police station by force and they pelted stone. These petitioners were also involved in the stone pelting and obstructing the police. 6. Considering the aforesaid material, this Court finds it not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 7. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed.
