The applicant has preferred this First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 052/2022, registered at Police Station : Government Railway Police (GRP) District- Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 20(B) of the NDPS Act. 2. From perusal of the bail application, it transpires that the present bail application suffers from some defects as pointed out by the KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 Registry of this Court and on a pointed query being made to the counsel for the applicant as to why he has filed a defective bail application, he failed to give any satisfactory explanation. 3. In view of the same, learned counsel for the applicant prays to withdraw the present bail application, with liberty to file afresh. 4. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh, subject to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the applicant in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Disabled College, Mana Camp, Raipur (C.G.) 5.
