Public Prosecutor The Court made the following Order: The present petition is filed seeking quashing of F.I.R No.24 of 2024 on the file of CID., Police Station, Mangalagiri. 2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arraigned as an accused in as many as in fifteen (15) cases starting from 12.11.2024. It is submitted that the petitioner after obtaining bail in one case is being arrested and then on the strength of PT Warrant, he has been arrested again in other cases. 3. The learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that the PT Warrants have been executed against the petitioner and the petitioner is in transit to be produced before Judicial Magistrate. 4. The learned Senior Counsel submits that Sections 302 and 305 of BNSS would be applicable, as the petitioner is so far not produced before Court, for answering any charge. 5. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that as the case has not reached the stage of enquiry or trial and that it is only in the preliminary stage and Section 187 of BNSS would be applicable. 6. Recording the submissions of the learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
