The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "A. A writ order or direction in the nature of quashing the impugned order dated 25.08.2024 passed by Tehsildar, Tehsil Soharatgarh, District Siddharthnagar. B. A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents authorities issue the fisheries patta in favour of the petitioner in pursuance of proposal dated 12.01.2023" 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that by the order dated 25.8.2024 fishery lease granted to the petitioner has been cancelled. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 5. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 6.
