The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the strength of the complaint filed by the 3rd respondent, the Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, NTR District, have registered Cr.No.580 of 2024 against the petitioner/accused. 3. Considering the punishment for the alleged offence is less than seven (07) years, the Station House Officer, Ibrahimpatnam Police Station, NTR District, to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35 (3) of BNSS for the purpose of investigation in Cr.No.580 of 2024. 4.
