Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, submits that in first round of litigation, this Court has granted an opportunity that in case order passed is not complied with by the Committee of Management concerned in its entirety, the D.I.O.S. may take an appropriate action and further prays that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty that in the light of order dated 17.09.2024 passed in Shri Krishna Yadav vs. State of U.P. and others, 2024:AHC:151015, the petitioner may move a detailed representation before D.I.O.S. concerned and D.I.O.S. may be directed to decide the same in accordance with law. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection if such prayer is considered. 3. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with above liberty and direction that representation if filed be decided by concerned D.I.O.S. in accordance with law in a short period.
