The Court made the following Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 4th respondent in trying to dispossess the petitioners from their lands in an extent of Ac.0.10 cents in Sy.No.256/9, Ac.0.15 cents in Sy.No.256/3 and an extent of Ac.0.30 cents in Sy.No.221/2 in total an extent of Ac.0.55 cents situated in Amalapadu, Vajrapu Kothuru Mandal, Srikakulam District without issuing any notice and without following the due procedure contemplated under law. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondent No.4 is trying to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land without following the due procedure. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities concerned will follow the due procedure with respect to the subject lands. 5.
In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to proceed with the subject land in an extent of Ac.0.10 cents in Sy.No.256/9, Ac.0.15 cents in Sy.No.256/3 and an extent of Ac.0.30 cents in Sy.No.221/2 in total an extent of Ac.0.55 cents situated in Amalapadu, Vajrapu Kothuru Mandal, Srikakulam District, if so warranted strictly in accordance with law and if the petitioners are otherwise found to be in

possession of the same, they shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law by the respondent authorities concerned. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated.
