Mr. Sikandar Bhushan, learned Deputy Advocate General and Mr.Deepak Sharma, learned Counsel, appear and waive service of notice on behalf of the respective respondents. 2. This writ petition has been filed for grant of following relief: “a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus, appropriate writ, order or direction in nature thereof, directing the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service w.e.f. 21.10.2019, i.e., the date on which the petitioner has completed his three years of service on the said post 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - with all consequential benefits and pay arrears to the petitioner along with interest @18%.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that representation of the petitioner preferred by him has not been considered and decided by respondent No.3/competent authority till date. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner would be content, in case, he is permitted to submit a fresh comprehensive representation to the aforesaid respondent/Competent Authority seeking the relief prayed for by him in the writ petition, whereafter, respondent No.3/Competent Authority, be directed to decide the representation to be made by him, in a time bound manner. Learned Deputy Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 3. In view of above submissions, the present petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make fresh comprehensive representation to respondent No.3/Competent Authority, within a period of two weeks from today, who shall in turn, consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within a further period of six weeks by passing a reasoned order, which shall also be communicated to the petitioner. - 3 - Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
