A photocopy of death certificate was also enclosed with the report. 3. Though the petitioner/accused died in the year 2010, the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner/accused did not take steps to come on record to contest the revision. 4. In view of the death of revision petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
