Awas Vikas Parishad, which are taken on record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority (LARRA), Gautam Budh Nagar to decide Execution Case No. 7 of 2024. 3. On 8.1.2025, Counsel representing U.P. Awas Vikas Parishad was required to get instructions in the matter as to whether against the award made and the decision of this Court, any special leave petition was preferred before the Hon'ble Apex Court or not. Today counsel for the U.P. Awas Vikas Parishad has submitted that the order passed by this Court has not been challenged before the Apex Court and Awas Vikas Parishad would be depositing the entire amount of award along with interest as awarded by the Court before LARRA, Gautam Budh Nagar within a period of six weeks' from today. 4. In view of the said fact, as undertaking has been given by the counsel representing U.P. Awas Vikas Parishad that the entire amount of award along with interest would be deposited before the Court concerned within a period of six weeks from today, it is hereby directed that once the said amount is deposited by U.P. Awas Vikas Parishad within the said period, the Presiding Officer, LARRA, Gautam Budh Nagar shall proceed to decide Execution Case No. 7 of 2024 within next two months. 5.
