The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 17/2024 arising out of Jari P.S. Case No. 16/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302 & 201 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Gumla. 3. On 16.08.2023, uncle of the informant namely Sukhdeo Chik Baraik went missing. It is alleged that on 03.09.2023, petitioner was found admitting to have committed murder of the deceased and he had buried the deceased. Subsequently, petitioner was apprehended and on his confession, dead body of the deceased was recovered. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
