Rakesh Mohan) u/s 138 of N.I. Act, P.S. Kotwali Jaunpur, District-Jaunpur, on account of technical inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. 4.
