She also added that the petitioner is very much aware of the above proceedings. 2. On 09.04.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel, and accordingly the matter stood adjourned to 16.04.2025. Even on 16.04.2025, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be adjourned to 17.04.2025, under the caption 'for dismissal'. 3. Even today (17.04.2025), none represented the petitioner to prosecute the case. Therefore, this Court is left with no other option than to dismiss the civil revision petition.
