Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quash the impugned order dated 29.02.2020 passed by Respondent No.2." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel as well as learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha that this writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed in the year 2020 and there is no sufficient explanation of laches. It has also been submitted that the order impugned is appealable u/s 67(5) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
