By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.03 of 2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of IPC, registered with Revenue Circle Panuanaula, Tehsil Bhanauli, District Almora. 4. It is submitted by learned State Counsel that charge-sheet has been submitted after investigation against the petitioner on 07.04.2022, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it has become infructuous. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he would challenge the said charge-sheet in the appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to petitioner to challenge the charge- sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 7. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
