This is on the premise that the OSA that was disposed on 26.02.2007 was in their favour. 2. However, the unsuccessful respondent had filed a Civil Appeal before the Supreme Court in C.A.No.1034 of 2008 and the appeal has been allowed on 21.03.2017. 3. In light of the same, the question of re-deposit and withdrawal does not arise and this petition is hence dismissed. No costs.
