It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that their representation is liable to be considered in view of Circular Letter issued by ADG Establishment U.P. Lucknow dated 28th March, 2024. 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection, in case, direction is issued for consideration of representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law by the competent authority in the matter. 4.
