The sole prayer made in the present application is to direct the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate-VII Kanpur Nagar to conclude and decide the Case No. 4637 of 2023 (Smt. Kriti Sharma Vs. Gopalji Sharma and others), under Section 12 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, P.S.- Kalyanpur, District- Kanpur Nagar, pending in the court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate- VII, Kanpur Nagar within time bound period. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that has no objection to the same. 5. Considering the rival parties, the application stands disposed of requiring the court below to decide the said proceedings after hearing the respective parties with most expedition without granting unnecessary adjournment that too not beyond a period of 10 days at a stretch. 6. Passing of this order may not be construed that this Court has adjudicated the matter on merits.
