The present Application has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.418 of 2025, “State Vs. Talib and Others”, pending before the court of Ist Additional Judicial Magistrate, Roorkee, District Haridwar under Sections 504, 506 and Section 308 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. Heard Mr. Akshay Pradhan, learned counsel for the applicants, Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, learned Assistant Government Advocate for the respondent no.1 and Mr. Shashank Pandey, learned counsel for the 1 2025:UHC:8216 respondent no.2-informant and the respondent no.3- injured. 3. All the applicants-accused are present through video conferencing. They are identified by Mr. Akshay Pradhan, Advocate. The respondent no.2-Azad Ahmad-informant and the respondent no.3-Arshad Ahmad-injured, are present through video conferencing. They are identified by Mr. Shashank Pandey, Advocate. 4. The applicants, the respondent no.2 and respondent no.3 submitted that they have settled their private disputes and after resolving their private disputes, they are living peacefully and in harmony. They have filed a Compounding Application (IA No.01 of 2025) and affidavits with their free will and without any pressure. 5. The respondent no.2 and the respondent no.3 have requested to quash the entire proceedings of the said Criminal Case No.418 of 2025. 6. The said request of the respondent no.2 and the respondent no.3 has not been opposed by the respondent no.1. 2 2025:UHC:8216 7. Considering the totality of the matter, this Court is of the view that ends of justice would be met if the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.418 of 2025, “State Vs. Talib and Others”, pending before the court of Ist Additional Judicial Magistrate, Roorkee, District Haridwar, are quashed. 8. Resultantly, the present Application filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is allowed and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.418 of 2025, “State Vs.
