Instead of extracting para 4 of reply on merits, inadvertently para 4 of preliminary submissions of the reply has been extracted in para 2 of the judgment dated 23.06.2025 passed in CWP No.3868 of 2023 (Chaman Lal & Ors. vs. State of H.P. & Anr.). Corrected first para of para 2 of the judgment shall now read as under:- “2. Learned counsel for the petitioner specifically highlighted following para from reply filed by respondents No.1 & 2 on merits:- 4. That in reply to Para No. 4 it is submitted that regularization of any employee is carried out against the vacant post. But here in the present case due to non-availability of regular posts of Safai Karamcharis in this Department, the Department had taken up the matter for creation of posts with the Government time and again as elaborated in preliminary submission. However, the Government has clarified that if the vacant post is not available, regularization may be done against available analogous Class-IV posts having identical pay structure. Hence, the Department will consider the case of regularization of services of petitioners on availability of Class -IV posts of identical pay scale on 30 April 2024, 30 June 2025 and 31 July 2025 on the basis of seniority of the petitioners. Hence, at present there is no case made out at this stage. Thus, petition needs to be rejected.” 2. Necessary corrections be accordingly carried out and corrected judgment be uploaded.
