The present petition has been filed with a limited prayer for issuance of a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2, Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Marihan, District-Mirzapur to decide the objection dated 23.08.2022 as well as Case bearing Case No. 2463 of 2022 (Computerized Case No. T202216530302463 (Ramakant versus State) under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a stipulated period. 3. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his objection may be decided prior to the passing of the order. There is no reason as to why the competent authority will not look into the objection of the petitioner while deciding the case under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 5. Needless to say that competent authority will look into the objection of the petitioner in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to concerned parties.
