Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sagar Srivastava, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Krishna Mohan Asthana, counsel for the Bank and the learned Standing Cousnel. 2. The present petition has been filed for quashing of the orders passed under Sections 14 and 13 of the SARFAESI Act. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the Bank has informed the Court that the auction sale of the property in question has been done and the sale certificate had also been issued to the purchaser. Relying upon a judgement of the Supreme Court in Celir LLP vs. Bafna Motors (Mumbai) Pvt. Ltd. and Ors. reported in (2024) 2 SCC 1, he submitted that the writ petition could not be entertained as per the law laid down therein. 4.
