This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, direct the respondent. No.2 and 3 to inquire the matter fairly and direct the respondent No.4 to record the name of the petitioners in revenue record per legal heir of the late Tripuresh Tiwari on the arazi No. 156M area 0.6590 hect situated at Mauza Gutaiya, Pargana and Tehsil Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat and arazi gata No. 238A area 0.0310 hect. Gata No. 241 area 0.0310 hect., Gata No.199M area 0.9670 hect. Situated at Mauza Bhikhnapur, Pargana & Tehsil Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat and mutated her name in the Khatauni and further be please to provide the possession to the petitioners on the aforesaid arazi in question. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.5 and 6 not sale out the property arazi No. 156M area 0.6590 hect, situated at Mauza Gutaiya, Pargana and Tehsil Akbarpur, District Kanpur Dehat and arazi gata No.238A area 0.0310 hect. Gata No.241 area 0.0310 hect, Gata No. 199M area 0.9670 hect. Situated at Mauza Bhikhnapur, Pargana & Tehsil Akbarpur, District Kanpur of the share of Tripuresh Tiwari to any of the persons and also give the possession of the property in dispute to the petitioners." From perusal of the aforesaid prayers, it transpires that the petitioners want that their names be recorded in the revenue records. No such direction can be issued for recording the names of the petitioners. Petitioners have a remedy of moving necessary application before the authority concerned.
