Applicant - - - - This application has been filed by the Official Liquidator seeking permission of this Court to declare and disburse dividend for 66 Nos. of investors / depositors pertaining to the Company Under Liquidation (M/s.Anubhav Plantations Ltd.) at 100 paise in a rupee on the admitted amount of Rs.18,29,550/- along with interest at 2.5% for 21 years i.e., from 23.06.2000 to 30.06.2021 as made to other investors / depositors to a tune of Rs.9,60,514/- involving an amount of Rs.27,90,066/- (Rs.18,29,550 + Rs.9,60,516/-).
