This application under Order V, Rule 20 of the CPC seeking leave of the Court to issue notice on the respondent Nos. 5 and 6, through paper publication in pursuance of the order dated 03.04.2024, passed in I.A.(C) No. 1659/2018. 3. It is further submitted by Mr. Dutta, learned counsel that as per the remarks of the process service “that addressee moved, return to sender” and the appellant is not in a position to collect the present address of the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 and accordingly, prayed for issuance of notice through paper publication. 4. Learned Government Advocate raised no objection. 5. The applicants are hereby directed to issue notice to the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 through paper publication widely circulated Bengali/vernacular newspaper, Page No.# 3/3 specially in Sribhumi district. 6.
