The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 74/2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.430 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 379/411/414/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M. Latehar. On 21.06.2024, petitioner along with co-accused persons were apprehended by Balumath Police while they were travelling on stolen motorcycle. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2024. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Mukesh Das has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.7762 of 2024. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Latehar, in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 74/2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.430 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
