The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to the court concerned to release the applicant after submitting personal bond and two sureties in four cases, which are as under :- (i) Case Crime No. 179 of 2022, under Sections 380, 457, 411 of I.P.C., Police Station Etmadaulla, District Agra. (ii) Case Crime No. 346 of 2023, under Sections 380, 457, 411, 413 of I.P.C., Police Station Trans Yamuna, District Agra. (iii) Case Crime No. 347 of 2023, under Sections 380, 457, 411, 413 of I.P.C., Police Station Trans Yamuna, District Agra. (iv) Case Crime No. 242 of 2024, under Sections 380, 457, 411, 413 of I.P.C., Police Station Trans Yamuna, District Agra. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that last bail order in favour of the applicant is passed on 30.11.2024. It is further submitted that the applicant is a poor person. Applicant has no means to submit sureties as ordered in bail orders. Applicant has been roped up in four cases in a row on the basis of confessional statement (which is irrelevant). It is further submitted that all the cases are same in nature. It is further submitted that all four cases are related to Police Stations Etmadaulla and Trans Yamuna, District Agra. It is further submitted that applicant has been granted bail in all cases. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the concerned Magistrate is directed to release the applicant in all four cases aforesaid on the basis of personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned.
