This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- Ist, Jaunpur to hear and decide the Application under Section 258r/w, 198 Cr.P.C. filed by the applicants on 02.04.2024 in Case No. 540 of 2021 (State Vs. Amit Seth and Another), arising out of N.C.R. No. 126 of 2018, under Section 498 IPC, Police Station Mariyahun, District Jaunpur within specified period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are running and appearing before the trial court on each and every date for deciding the application u/s. 258r/w, 198 Cr.P.C., but the same kept pending till date and at the stage of disposal. Therefore, prayer has been made to decide the aforesaid application within specified period. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court concerned is directed to make all possible endeavours and effective step to disposal of the case within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 5. It is also made clear that the Court / Presiding Officer is not the only stake holder in the trial and disposal of a case, hence, besides the P.O. concerned, all the stake holders i.e. police and executive authorities, counsels, parties to the case, staff are also made bound by this order and it will be their responsibility also to assist the Court in every manner for the expeditious disposal of this case. 6.
