From perusal of the record, it is revealed that petitioner filed Appeal against the said punishment order, therefore, petitioner has also sought a direction to the Appellate Authority to decide the pending Appeal. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the bank/employer, however, submits that decision on petitioner’s Appeal, has been taken by the Chief Operating Officer of the bank on 15.04.2025. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner therefore seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by Disciplinary Authority and Appellate Authority in appropriate proceedings. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
