JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA) Heard Sri I.R.Biradar, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Krupasagar Patil, who represents respondent No.1. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Pump Operator in the year 1995 and he has put up more than 29 years of continuous service. The petitioner is entitled to get promoted as Bill Collector – Grade-II. Though the petitioner submitted several representations to respondent No.1, without - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:2344 WP No. 202051 of 2024 consideration they were kept pending. Learned counsel states that no further orders in this writ petition is required except to direct respondent No.1 to consider the representations of the petitioner and pass necessary orders. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.1, Sri Krupasagar Patil states that the representations of the petitioner will be considered. 4. A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner is submitting his representations continuously to the respondents since 2016. No reason is shown as to why they were not considered and no orders were passed answering the grievance of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court considers desirable to allow the writ petition in the manner indicated hereunder. Thus the writ petition is disposed of with the following : ORDER i. Respondent No.1 – Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Panchayat, Kalaburagi is directed to - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:2344 WP No. 202051 of 2024 consider the representations of the petitioner at Annexures-C, D, E, F, G, G1 and G3 and to pass necessary orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. ii.
