He submits that petitioner be permitted to make fresh representation. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make fresh representation to the Commission, within one week from today. If, he makes such representation, decision thereupon shall be taken by the Competent Authority in the Commission, within four weeks thereafter.
