JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 23.05.2025 This is an application filed for release of the amount, so deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company before the Registry of this Court, pursuant to the order dated 19.03.2024, passed in MAC Appeal No. 138/2020. 2. Taking into account the order passed on 19.03.2024, in MAC Appeal No. 138/2020, this Court finds no ground to refuse the relief so sought for. 3. Accordingly, the applicants are given the liberty to file appropriate application before the Registry of this Court and the Registry shall upon making due identification, verification and on furnishing of the bank particulars, transfer the said amount to the applicant(s).
