Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 74 of the B.N.S. 3. Petitioner is one of the main assailant. It is alleged that this petitioner has assaulted on the head of the father of the informant with iron rod. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54695 of 2025(4) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 for bail. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he has assaulted on the head of the father of the informant due to which he died. Hence, he does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail. 6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
