This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No.7, Allahabad to decide the Complaint Case No.768 of 2018 (Smt. Indu Shila Vs. Sanjay Kumar and others) under Section 12 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station George Town, District Prayagraj, expeditiously within a stipulated period. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant urged that the court concerned may be directed to decide the complaint case as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court. 5. It appears from the perusal of the record that the evidence has to be adduced by the applicant / aggrieved wife herself. 6. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to appear before the court concerned on the next date fixed in the matter and get her statement recorded before the court and thereafter the court concerned is directed to decide the complaint case of the applicant described as above expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 7.
