Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offence punishable under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner took away son of the informant and later on, his dead body was recovered near the house of Kamla Nurse. Petitioner was last seen with the deceased. 4.
