Learned counsel for the review petitioner very fairly submits that another SB Civil Review Petition No.4/2021 filed in the SB Civil Contempt Petition No.1260/2015 arising out of the selfsame [2025:RJ-JP:19518] (2 of 2) [CRW-15/2024] interim order dated 27.08.2008 alleging contempt whereof the contempt petition No.885/2011 was filed, already stands dismissed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.05.2024. He prays for similar order in the instant review petition. Appreciating the gesture shown the learned counsel for the review petitioner, this review petition is also dismissed.
