Present petition has been filed with a prayer for quashing the F.I.R. dated 24.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0128/2024 under sections 76, 70(1),352, 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023 Police Station Sigramau, District Jaunpur and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states on instructions that cause of filing the writ petition no more survives as the investigation is already completed and no complicity of the petitioners was found and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. Learned AGA submits that chargesheet has been submitted against co- accused Shubham Tiwari @ Tiger on 30.01.2025. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
