Petitioner, who was retired on 31st July, 2023 from the post of Assistant Development Officer from the district Bareilly, is aggrieved for non payment of leave encashment amount and group insurance. It is submitted that in above regard petitioner has already represented the matter before the authority on 2nd December, 2024 but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event respondent is directed to decide the same in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent concerned to look into and consider the representation dated 2nd December, 2024 of the petitioner and dispose of the same strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Needless to add, the order to be passed by the authority concerned as directed hereinabove, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
