Since the parties entered into settlement and 6. compromise, the Criminal Petition is allowed and therefore, the proceedings in Crime No.140 of 2018 on the file of Ramachandrapuram Police Station, East Godavari District against the petitioner herein/ Accused is hereby quashed. 7.
