Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in regard to Gata No. 832/2, 117, 116, 715/2 which belongs to Benami Property. 3. Preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents that petitioners are only complainant, hence they have no locus to file present writ petition. 4. In this view of facts, the present petition is dismissed in view of laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Jasbhai Motibhai Desai Vs. Roshan Kumar, Haji Bashir Ahmed reported in 1976 (1) SCC 671 as well as Madras High Court in the case of Eswari vs. Chief Secretary of Government of Tamilnadu and others. Order Date :- 7.3.2025 T.S.
