In respect of grievance relating to rejection of appellant for appointment to the post of Sub-Inspector (PAC), the appellant had approached this Court by filing Writ Petition No.6455 of 2023. It was alleged that petitioner is not suffering from knock knee and she has been wrongly declared unfit by the Medical Board. The claim of appellant was rejected by learned Single Judge on 21.4.2023. An appeal filed in the matter being Special Appeal No.313 of 2023 was also dismissed on 15.5.2023. In such circumstances, filing of subsequent writ petition relying upon certain subsequent certificates of Government Hospital has not been entertained by learned Single Judge. In the judgment under challenge, learned Single Judge has noticed that the previous writ petition having been dismissed, and such dismissal having been affirmed in special appeal, a second writ would not be maintainable. This view of learned Single Judge is in accord with the provisions contained Under Chapter XXII Rule 7 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952.
