This petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the impugned order, whereby the private respondent has been appointed as Lambardar of Panchayat Suba Chack, Village Arjun Chack Tehsil Hiranagar, District Kathua. The petitioner has also prayed for directing the respondents to decide the representations moved by the petitioner dated 27.02.2023 and 24.03.2023. Prayer has also been made for commanding the respondents to hold the elections for the post of Lambardar of Panchayat Suba Chack, Village Arjun Chack Tehsil Hiranagar, District Kathua. 2. The respondents have file response, stating therein that respondent No. 6 was temporarily appointed as Lambardar of Village Arjun Chak and the application filed by the petitioner was received after temporary appointment of respondent No. 6. Serial No. 36 2 WP(C) No. 1114/2023 3. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to conduct elections for the office of Lambardar of Panchayat Suba Chack, Village Arjun Chack Tehsil Hiranagar, District Kathua within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
