In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Shri Ashutosh Mishra, Advocate representing the opposite party has filed an affidavit revealing compliance of the order dated 29.08.2024 passed by this Court in Writ - A No. 13046 of 2024 which is taken on record. The affidavit discloses that the claim of the applicant for salary has been rejected vide order dated 10.01.2025 passed by the opposite party on the ground that no post of Headmaster has been sanctioned in the institution of the applicant, therefore, no salary for the post can be paid to the applicant. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the aforesaid order on merits before appropriate Court. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records.
