It is the contention of the petitioner that he has been examined as P.W.1 and marked 20 exhibits on 21.09.2024. Thereafter, the matter is being adjourned for his cross examination on 15.10.2024, 30.10.2024, 16.11.2024 and 16.12.2024. In fact on 16.11.2024 when the petitioner attended the Court he was physically attacked by the respondent. Therefore, he prays for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the HMOP at the earliest. 3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the learned Sub Judge, Ranipet, to dispose of the interlocutory applications, within a period of 2 months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, he shall proceed to dispose of the main HMOP, within a period of 4 months there from.
