On being asked, they raised objection for grant of bail to the applicant. 2. This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in VASANT KUMAR Digitally signed by VASANT KUMAR 2 connection with Crime No.117/2024 registered at Police Station Keshkal, District Kondagaon (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(n) of IPC and Sections 4, 6 of the POCSO Act. 3.
