Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 25.10.2024 (Annexure no. 1) passed by respondent no. 2, Additional Commissioner (Judicial) Bareilly Division, Bareilly." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that an application was filed by the petitioner for cancellation of lease granting to respondent No.4 in the year 1992. The said application was filed by the petitioner in the year 2015. The application filed by the petitioner was allowed by the Additional District Magistrate. Revision filed by respondent No.4 has been allowed. 4. From perusal of the order, it appears that petitioner is not an aggrieved person and admittedly, proceedings were initiated much after the period of limitation. 5. In my view, no error has been committed by the Revisional Court allowing the revision filed by respondent No.4. 6. The writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
