R. yanthan, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. M. Barman, learned State counsel representing the respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 and Mr. A. Bhattacharya, learned Standing Counsel for the Revenue Department representing the respondent No. 1. 2. This writ petition is filed with a grievance that the application for mutation for the petitioner was not decided. However, in the meantime, such application filed for mutation has already been rejected by the authorities and accordingly, the petitioner preferred an appeal under the Assam Right to Public Service Act, 2012 and under Grievance ID GOV AS/1/2023/0026961. 3. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition stands closed directing the appellate authorities to dispose of the aforesaid appeal preferred by the petitioner within the stipulated period under Assam Right to Public Service Act, 2012 from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order to be furnished by the petitioner. 4.
