This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the termination orders passed by the respondent authorities. It is to be noted that in the agreement there is an arbitration clause. 3. Accordingly, we are of the view that the petitioner has filed this petition wrongly and accordingly relegated to proceedings to be filed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 4.
