During the course of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No. 1 namely R.N. Divya has died. 3. Accordingly, the present criminal appeal stands abated in respect of petitioner No. 1. 4. As far as the petitioners No. 2 & 3 are concerned, learned counsel submits that he has no contact with them. 5. In view of the same, it appears that petitioners No. 2 & 3 have lost interest in pursuing the matter. 6. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed on this ground alone.
